Improvement of Innovation infrastructure is focused on exchange of experiences and creation of partnering in building appropriate innovation infrastructure and service in Science parks, incubators and cluster infrastructure environment.
WP will use elaborated Benchmark criteria developed during BaltMetInno and input from entrepreneurial training (WP3) and cluster cooperation (WP4), coming from feedback of trained and coached SME
After Benchmarking Parks /Incubators and identifying best performing parks/incubators, partnerships between leading organizations and developing structures and regions will be agreed. Out of BM analysis there will be proposed partnering agreements and action plans for improving innovation infrastructure and company related services. Proposals for new cooperation to improve and modernize Science parks/Incubators in less structured partner regions (Warsaw; Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn) will be agreed and proposed to city officials (Lord Mayors).
