Laser Optics Berlin - International Trade Fair and Convention for Optical & Laser Technologies

The Laser-Optics-Berlin 2010 will be held on 22-24 March 2010 in the International Congress Centre, Berlin.
              
Laser Optics Berlin has taken place eight times, and every time it has proven to be a successful meeting place for the world's leading decision makers in the laser optics industry. As a platform for the introduction of forward-looking ideas, technical trends and world-wide innovation, the event offers trade visitors from R&D and production a comprehensive insight into the innovative strength of optical technologies.
             
Due to the tight interaction of scientific institutes and production as well as first-class conditions for production and research, the Berlin/Brandenburg region possesses an excellent international network, making Laser Optics Berlin an essential meeting place for international experts.
 
The Laser-Optics-Berlin 2010 will be used as platform for the next big BaSIC brokerage event.
            

This BaSIC event will have different parts:
 

1. An exhibition part, where all BaSIC regions will present themselves on our joint BaSIC booth,
2. Brokerage part with pre-matched companies to companies and companies to research meetings (organized next to the joint BaSIC booth),
3. A “cluster colloquium” which is organized as an open event and where the cluster managers of each region will present the regional technological competencies in the field of optics, lasers, micro&nano and other related fields as well as potential application fields.
4. A forum for company presentations to the audience – to visitors, conference participants and other exhibitors.

 
For the exhibition part we have now organized a 60 sqm joint BaSIC booth. Each BaSIC partner region has space to present one poster or roll-up and can display flyers, brochures etc.
                         
The convention, featuring international experts, has an excellent reputation and takes place parallel to the trade fair; research and science are an important element of the overall concept.
